We started DineLoop after watching good restaurants fail not because of bad food, but because of bad back-office systems.
DineLoop was founded in Nashville in 2022 by Maria Vasquez, who spent nine years running restaurant operations before realizing that the software available to restaurant owners was either too expensive, too complicated, or built by people who had never worked a kitchen floor.
Maria spent the first year visiting restaurants across Tennessee, Georgia, and Texas - watching how owners actually worked, what they tracked on paper, and what kept them up at night. The answer was almost always the same: labor cost, food waste, and time spent on administrative work that should have taken minutes but took hours.
DineLoop was built to fix exactly those three problems. Nothing more, nothing less. We add features when customers ask for them and we have clear evidence they'll actually use them.
We don't build for retail, hospitality at large, or "the F&B space." We build for the people who run restaurants. That focus matters.
Restaurant software has to work during a dinner rush. If it takes more than two taps to do something, we redesign it until it doesn't.
We measure our success by the hours our customers get back and the cost they stop wasting. Not by features shipped.
Our product roadmap comes from our customers. If enough operators ask for the same thing, that's what gets built next.
DineLoop launched to its first customers in late 2022. Here's where we stand today.
We're a team that's happy to get on the phone and talk through your specific operation before you ever see a pricing page.
